‘The Art of Advocacy in Planning’
The seminar will be held at 6pm on Thursday 30 November 2017 at the Scrivener Suite, Cornerstone Barristers, 2-3 Gray’s Inn Square, London WC1R 5JH and will be chaired by Andrew Tait QC. The seminar will last 1 hour and will be followed by drinks in the Marshall-Hall Room.

NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The 2017 Annual General Meeting for the Planning and Environment Bar Association will be held at 5.30pm on Monday 17 July 2017 at FTB Chambers, Inner Temple, London EC4Y 7BY for the purposes of transacting the following association business:
- Chairman’s report;
- Treasurers report;
- Election of treasurer (one year)
- Election of secretary (one year)
- Election of members of the committee
At the end of this business we shall adjourn for refreshments. All members welcome.
Any member wishing to be considered for election to the committee should complete the nomination form, duly proposed and seconded, to the Secretary by Monday 10th July 2017. PEBA National Conference 2017: Delivering sustainable development – recognising the tensionsEvent date: 5 May 2017 Event
The PEBA National Conference 2017 is now open for bookings. The Conference is to be held on Friday 5 May 2017, at Hogan Lovells LLP in London.
The Conference includes a Keynote address from Holgate J, President of the Upper Tribunal Lands Chamber, whilst the paper in honour of Mrs Justice Patterson will be delivered by Lindblom LJ. Other talks will be given by a range of leading practitioners and will focus on the delivery of sustainable development and recent changes and forthcoming reforms to the Compulsory Purchase regime, amongst other topics.
