PEBA are delighted to announce that The Honourable Mr Justice Mould will be attending a seminar on Wednesday 27th November 2024 to discuss advocacy skills with a focus on the High Court. The evening will be a great opportunity for members of PEBA to gain insight into what kind of advocacy is likely to be most effective in the Higher Courts. It will also no doubt provide an excellent opportunity to hear from the newly appointed Planning Liaison Judge on his thoughts about the process of litigation in the Planning Court and what the Bar can do to assist the work of the Court.
