Effective inquiry advocacy from the point of view of a barrister and an inspector

On 30 October at 5.30pm PEBA will be running a webinar on advocacy at inquiries. In the webinar Tora Hutton (39 Essex Chambers)  will discuss effective inquiry advocacy with planning inspector Katie McDonald. The webinar will cover case presentation, openings, closings, evidence in chief and cross-examination. This is a rare opportunity to hear from an inspector on what they find helpful, and perhaps more importantly, unhelpful.
