This seminar will consider what lessons are to be learnt for judicial review generally from recent environmental judicial review cases. The speakers are advocates who have represented claimants in a number of recent cases which have sought to make advances in environmental JR. They will discuss notable recent decisions and trends – considering issues such as intensity of review in environmental JR and human rights in an environmental context – and seek to draw out lessons for JR generally.
