PEBA Webinar – Planning Court Masterclass (Good practice (and pitfalls) as seen from the Bench)

On 9^th February 2023, between 6-7pm, PEBA will be hosting an online Planning Court Masterclass. Mr Justice Fordham will speak on ‘Practical tips for practitioners in the Planning Court’.  This will be an invaluable opportunity to hear from the Bench what assists the Court (and what really doesn’t) during a hearing and before. He will also provide insights into making applications for appointment. The event will be chaired by Melissa Murphy KC.
