The 2025 Annual General Meeting for the Planning and Environment Bar Association will be held remotely at 17:30 on Monday 7 July 2025, please find below the proposed agenda:
– Approval of the Minutes of the AGM 2024 (draft minutes to follow);
– Amendments to the Constitution in accordance with clause 10 to make it gender neutral (version of the Constitution with proposed changes shown in track attached);
– Treasurer’s report;
– Chair’s report; and
– Any other business.
