Tom Cosgrove KC, Claire Searson, Victoria Hutton and Paul Tucker KC have co-authored an article for Counsel Magazine entitled “PEBA, planning inquiries and the post Harman era”. The article explains how the Planning and Environment Bar Association has been working with the Planning Inspectorate to promote good conduct post-Harman.
