Whether chambers should set targets, and if so, what those targets should be, are key issues in the context of Equality and Diversity at the Planning Bar. PEBA is delighted that Sam Mercer from the Bar Council and Alice Brighouse from Matrix Chambers have agreed to run a workshop for PEBA working group members and the Equality and Diversity Officers of each of the PEBA sets on the subject of target setting.
